Dear Friends: We want to thank you for all the magnificient kitchen cabinets and countertops that you installed in our home. Not only are we pleased with the workmanship, we were pleased with the entire installation process.
From our first meeting at the home show, through the style, color selection and cabinet configuration, each of you contributed your collective years of experience to our understanding of cabinets and how they could be fashioned to meet our needs, desires and budget. The way you presented features and guided us through the benefits of each without pressure allows us today to enjoy our highly functional and esthetically pleasing new kitchen. We can not end this letter without mentioning your installer, Mike who made it all happen. When a workman unloads his well organized truck, sets up his equipment in precise fashion and has well seasoned special jigs and equipment for various phases of the work, you know you have a professional with lots of experience about to perform “magic” also shows in our kitchen. Though our kitchen is small (9 by 12 feet), we felt we received the full attention of everyone involved just as if it were 30 by 30 feet. Dear Kitchen Concepts, (Dave, Sharon, Don and Jason) Just a short note to thank-you for the wonderful job you did on our kitchen remodel. From the very beginning of our remodel, everyone involved in the KC team had been very helpful. From the beautiful layout that Dave designed to the quick and thorough installation that Don and Jason accomplished. Sharon was always available for any questions that we had along the way and always had a smile in her voice. We can’t believe how much our kitchen has changed. Ian and I can actually work in the kitchen together and not bump into each other. I stand in the middle of our new kitchen and look around in awe. It has transformed from a small, unworkable space, into a spacious, chef’s paradise. I’ve enclosed a few pictures for your “album”, and hope that is constitutes a ‘gold star’ in your repertoire. Kitchen Concepts was very professional, organized, and very helpful in making our dream come true. We can’t thank-you enough for everything that your “Kitchen Concepts family” did for us. We just wanted to Thank You so much for your kind service. I came to your store to get replacement hinges for my pantry doors that the former owners of our home had put in in 1990. Everyone was so kind to me. I then went back a few days later and got hardware for one of my drawers. If we were remodeling the kitchen we know who we will or would call.
